1. The service and who may use it
AFXPT provides software for gyms, sports clubs, academies, trainers, staff, and their members to manage accounts, memberships, schedules, attendance, communications, payments, and optional health and nutrition features. An organization may invite its staff, coaches, members, and guardians to use the relevant parts of the service.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms. A parent or legal guardian must create or supervise an account for a minor where required and must have authority to provide the minor’s information.
2. Organization accounts and member information
An organization is responsible for its account, staff permissions, membership records, content, and instructions to AFXPT. It must have the rights and permissions needed to submit information about members, guardians, staff, and dependents. Organization administrators control who can access organization records through available roles and permissions.
If you use AFXPT as a member, your organization may manage your account and records. Questions about a club’s membership, attendance, payment, health, or nutrition records should normally be directed to that club first. The Privacy Policy describes how AFXPT handles information.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use AFXPT unlawfully, interfere with another user’s rights, or submit information without the authority or consent required.
- Attempt to access another account, organization, or system without permission; bypass access controls; probe or disrupt the service; or upload malicious code.
- Use the service to send spam, harass or threaten another person, commit fraud, infringe intellectual-property rights, or misuse personal or health information.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the service except as allowed by law or by a written agreement with AFXPT.
4. Content you submit
You or your organization retain rights in content you submit, including profile information, photographs, messages, payment proof, health and nutrition entries, and documents. You grant AFXPT permission to host, store, process, display, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content you submit and for obtaining any required permissions from the people it concerns. Do not submit confidential information or photographs of other people unless you have authority to do so.
5. Health, nutrition, and AI features
Health tracking and AI nutrition tools are informational features. Meal scans, calorie estimates, body measurements, goals, and similar outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not rely on them for urgent or clinical decisions.
Use of optional AI features may send the information needed for a request to the configured third-party AI provider. By choosing to use such a feature, you authorize that processing for the requested result. You should not upload a photograph or other information that you do not want processed by that provider.
6. Fees, payments, and plans
Plan features, prices, billing intervals, trial periods, and any applicable limits are shown on the website, in the service, or in an order or invoice. The terms shown at purchase apply to that order. Fees are charged in the currency and manner stated at checkout or in the invoice. Taxes, bank charges, currency conversion, or payment-provider fees may apply where disclosed by the provider or your bank.
Some payments may be made by bank transfer with proof submitted for review. Online card payment or platform-credit purchases may be handled by Paddle or another provider shown at checkout. Payment-provider terms also apply. Refunds, cancellation, and renewal are governed by the plan or order terms and applicable law; contact support@afxpt.com if those terms are unclear.
7. Third-party services and Google Drive backups
AFXPT may rely on third-party providers for hosting, file storage, email, analytics, AI, payments, and communications. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Features that connect to a third party may be unavailable if that provider changes or stops its service.
The AFXPT operator uses an OAuth connection to an operator-controlled Google Drive account to store AFXPT service backup archives. This is an operational backup function; AFXPT does not ask members to connect personal Google Drive accounts. Backup archives may contain copies of service data and are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
AFXPT and its licensors own the service, software, design, branding, and related materials. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while your account or organization subscription is active. No other rights are transferred.
9. Availability, changes, and support
We work to keep AFXPT available and secure, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, provider outages, connectivity problems, or events outside our control. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature. We will provide notice where reasonably practical for a material change.
For support, contact support@afxpt.com or WhatsApp +968 7184 7986. Support is provided in English or Arabic where available.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. An organization administrator can manage or end organization access under the applicable plan terms. AFXPT may suspend or restrict access if reasonably needed to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, address non-payment, or stop a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
After an organization account ends, the organization should request any needed export or deletion of its records. Data may remain in restricted backups until the applicable backup rotation expires, and some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AFXPT provides the service on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every report, estimate, or integration will be error-free. AFXPT is not responsible for fitness, nutrition, medical, membership, or payment decisions made by an organization or user using the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AFXPT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of business resulting from use of the service. Any remaining liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to these Terms and governing law
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version and its update date will appear on this page. Material changes may be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, subject to any rights that applicable law gives you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. The competent courts of Oman may hear disputes relating to these Terms.
